What may be outside this offer

The $500 starting legal fee is not intended for every property matter. More complex matters may require separate scoping, including:

• commercial property;

• off-the-plan or development issues;

• SMSF, company, trust or unusual ownership structures;

• urgent settlement rescues;

• family law transfers, deceased estates or caveats;

• strata defect, building dispute or litigation-adjacent issues;

• matters requiring substantial negotiation or unusual searches/advice.

The starting fee is for legal work only unless the agreed scope says otherwise. Government charges, title searches, PEXA, council, water, strata, bank, settlement and other third-party costs may be separate.
